Hello.  I'm Steph.  Spirituality's always been a pretty big part of my life though I've never really been religious.  i've been asking big questions as long as I can remember.  The first time I can remember feeling the joy of simply being I was 5 years old sitting in the car.  I remember thinking “I am Stephanie” a few times and then simply feeling that am-ness and being filled with pure delight.

I went through some hard years as a teenager.  I was very negative.  I'm just stepping out of that black pool and into something different as I near my 20's.  I'm learning how to love and accept myself for who I am.

Art's always been a big part of my life as well.  It's taken the form of drawing, writing, photography and poetry.  You can look at some of my photography on flickr.com/infraredrosie

Seeing beauty, feeling deeply, being moved by a song or inspired thought are all things I cherish in this experience.  I love exploring the woods and simply relaxing in the sun in a long skirt and feeling the grass tickle my feet.  I love praying and meditation, excercise and healthy foods.  I love gemstones and crystals.  I've received reiki once and am really interested in learning it for myself.  I love learning more about many topics in metaphysics.  Live music delights me as well as quaint old towns by the sea. 

I'm interested in photojournalism, cinematography and film making as a career.  Soon I hope to do some voulenteer work and go back to my roots in a lot of ways.  I have a deep love for animals and compassion for the elderly that I'd like to tap into.  I hope to serve this world and use my gifts and strengths to make it a better place.  Personally I strive to get closer to truth and my true nature.

I really value sincerity, in life and in art.
